This framework is derived from our internal Phase 1 methodology and is honestly scoped.
The AI Adoption Readiness framework is the public-facing, lightweight version of our Diagnostic Assessment (Phase 1 of the Phynapse Method). It has been refined through early client engagements across hospitality, healthcare, and legal verticals.
Sample basis: 47 early-stage client engagements and internal methodology development. This is not enterprise-grade benchmarking research. Results should be interpreted as directional guidance, not precise measurement.
A full, human-led Diagnostic Assessment, with structured interviews, process mapping, systems audit, and a scored root-cause report, is available as a paid engagement ($3,000–$8,000, typically 1–2 weeks). The self-assessment on this page is free and does not replace it.
Five dimensions of AI readiness
Score yourself on each dimension from 0 to 2. A total of 8–10 means you are ready for a structured assessment. A total below 5 means the organization is not yet prepared for AI deployment; invest in the basics first.
Operational clarity
Can you describe your operational bottleneck in one sentence?
Data access
Do you have access to the data that underpins this process?
Staff adoption

Scoring guide
Free self-assessment: This tool provides directional guidance based on public-facing framework content. It is not a substitute for a paid Diagnostic Assessment.
Paid Assessment: Our Diagnostic Assessment is a human-led engagement ($3,000–$8,000) that includes structured interviews, process mapping, a systems audit, and a scored root-cause report with standalone value even if you choose not to proceed.

Data & Methodology
Data source: Phynapse's own client engagements (n=47), collected via the Diagnostic Assessment process. This is a convenience sample, not a statistically representative survey. Metrics include operational efficiency gains, staff adoption rates, and revenue recovered. Sample sizes per vertical are too small for statistical inference. This report is updated annually each Q4.
